Well, let me tell ya somethin’ ‘bout this here… uh… Remake Yves Saint Laurent YSL JUNE BOX BAG Online Store thingamajig. Sounds fancy, don’t it? Like somethin’ them city folk would jabber on about.
First off, they got this here “*.” Says they wrap yer stuff up all nice and purdy, in a box and all. Like a present! Mind you, it ain’t no flowery paper or nothin’. Just a plain ol’ cardboard box. Guess that’s what they call “classy” these days.
Now, there was this fella, Hedi Slim-somethin’. He come along and stirred up the pot. Changed the name from Yves Saint Laurent to just Saint Laurent Paris. Said he wanted it all “edgy.” Don’t rightly know what that means, but sounds like he wanted to make it all sharp and pointy, I reckon.
They got all sorts of bags, ya know. Purses, I call ‘em. Big ones, little ones, ones ya sling over yer shoulder. And they got this here “YSL Cassandre logo” on ‘em. Sounds like a lady’s name, don’t it? This Cassandre must be somethin’ special. They say these bags are “bulbous and brilliant.” Bulbous? Sounds like a big ol’ onion to me! But hey, what do I know? I just carry my stuff in a good, sturdy sack.
- Yves Saint Laurent Handbags: These are the fancy ones, I guess. They cost a pretty penny, let me tell ya. Folks say you’re payin’ for the name more than the bag itself. Like buyin’ a name instead of something you can actually use. Sounds plumb crazy to me, but hey, it ain’t my money.
- Saint Laurent Bags: Bloomingdale’s got ‘em. And Saks! Free shippin’ they say. And you can send ‘em back if ya don’t like ‘em. Or ya can go to the store and pick one out yerself. But be warned, these things ain’t cheap. They got one there for… three thousand dollars! Lord have mercy! That’s more than my ol’ Bessie cost!
- Saint Laurent Outlet Sale: Now, this is somethin’ I can understand. A sale! They say it’s sixty percent off. Still sounds expensive, but at least it’s a little less painful on the pocketbook. It’s from that French place, the one with the fancy name… Yves Saint somethin’ somethin’. They sell all kinds of women’s clothes, but it’s the bags that everyone goes crazy for.
They also talk about “cleanin'” and “restorin'” these here bags. Like they’re some kinda precious antique or somethin’. They say they can get out stains and mold and even change the color. I tell ya, if my old sack gets moldy, I just toss it and get a new one. But I guess these fancy bags are different.
So, what’s the deal with this “Remake” part? Maybe they’re takin’ old bags and makin’ ‘em look new again? Or maybe they’re makin’ new bags that look like the old ones? I don’t rightly know. All this fancy talk is makin’ my head spin.
But one thing I do know is that these Saint Laurent bags, or Yves Saint Laurent bags, or whatever you wanna call ‘em, are a big deal. Folks are willin’ to pay a whole lot of money for ‘em. They say it’s the name, the design, and the materials. All top-notch, they say. Well, I reckon if you got the money to spend, go ahead and spend it. But me? I’ll stick with my trusty old sack. It might not be fancy, but it gets the job done.
One more thing they yap about is the “official online store.” Means you can buy these bags from yer computer, I guess. Don’t have to go all the way to the city. But I reckon I’d still rather see somethin’ with my own two eyes before I go spendin’ my hard-earned cash on it. Especially if it costs as much as a small car!
So, there ya have it. My two cents on this Remake Yves Saint Laurent YSL JUNE BOX BAG Online Store thing. It’s all a bit much for this ol’ gal, but I hope I explained it well enough. If not, well, you can always go ask them city folk. They seem to know all about this fancy stuff.
