Okay, so I’ve been wanting to remake that iconic PRADA Re-Edition 1995 Chaine Re-Nylon Tote Bag for a while now. You know, the one that was all the rage back in the Fall/Winter ’95 collection? Yeah, that one. I finally decided to just go for it. I mean, why not?
First things first, I started by looking at a bunch of photos of the original bag. I stared at pictures of the bag, trying to get every little detail right. The shape, the size, the way the fabric looked – everything. It’s a pretty unique bag, you know, with that chain detail and the Re-Nylon material. And that keychain thing? It’s like the bag’s signature, screaming “I’m a Prada Re-Edition!” I gotta get that right.
Next, I needed the materials. Finding the right kind of Re-Nylon was a pain. It’s not like regular nylon, it’s got this special look and feel to it. I looked everywhere until I finally found something that felt good enough. The chain was another story, I hunted around in local stores, but nothing was quite right.
