And get this, it’s resistant to magnetic fields up to 15,000 gauss! I don’t know when I’ll need that, but it’s cool to know it’s there. It’s also more shock-resistant than the older model, and I don’t have to service it as often. Plus, it’s got a longer power reserve than the old 1861 movement, by about two hours. It’s a win-win for anyone who gets it, like what they say!
