Alright, guys, so I’ve been wanting to get my hands on a Patek Philippe Nautilus 5712 for a while now. I did some digging, checked out a few options, you know, the usual stuff, and realized the official flagship store was the way to go. I mean, I am gonna spend some serious money, why not go get the best right?
I went in to the official shop and got started, and let me tell you, I have some thing to share with you guys.
First, I found the right store. It was not that easy, since there are just too many of them. I started to call each one of them, asked if they have what I wanted in store. Finally, one store got it.
Then, I jumped in a cab. After 30 mins, I was there. I walked into the store, took a deep breath, and asked to see the Nautilus 5712. The salesperson, a really helpful guy, brought out a tray with the watch on it. It was so beautiful.
I tried it on, walked around with it on my wrist. The weight felt substantial, just right, you know? Not too heavy, not too light. The blue dial was stunning. I made my final decision, I was going to get it.
Next, the paperwork. I filled out some forms, they checked my ID, the usual stuff. It took a while, but hey, that’s part of the process. I was not in a hurry.
