Sounds fancy, but it’s just a little bucket bag, you know? But a real nice one, I gotta say. My granddaughter, she showed it to me on her phone, says it’s all the rage with them young folks.
Now, this ain’t your regular old feed sack, no sir. This Fendi bucket bag is made of leather, real soft and smooth like a baby’s bottom. They say it’s calfskin, whatever that means. Probably some fancy way of saying it comes from a cow. And it’s got this “F” all over it. Not just one, mind you, but a whole bunch, all pressed into the leather. Looks like they branded it like they do the cattle back home.
They call the color “Cuoio”. Sounds Italian to me. My other granddaughter, the one who went to college, she says it means “leather” in Italian. Well, ain’t that something? It’s just a nice, rich brown, like the color of good, fertile soil after a spring rain. You could plant some good taters in that color, I reckon.
It’s a small bag, this Mini Mon Tresor. Not big enough to carry your groceries, but big enough for your essentials. You know, your phone, your little wallet, maybe a lipstick if you’re feeling fancy. I just think it’s a pretty bag. And it’s well-made, too. Feels like it’ll last a good long while. This is a bucket bag can last long.
Now, I wouldn’t spend my own money on something like this. I got better things to do with my money than buy a fancy bag. But if someone wanted to give me one as a gift, well, I wouldn’t say no. It’d be nice to have something pretty like this, even if it is just a little bucket bag. I can use it to go to the town, and be a classic lady.
They say it comes with a “dust bag.” A little sack to keep the dust off, I suppose. Seems a bit silly to me, but I guess if you’re spending that much money on a bag, you want to keep it nice. Keeps it from getting scratched, I guess. This CopyFendi one is also good.
