First impressions? Not bad, not bad at all. The weight felt pretty good, and those rubies, even though they’re probably not real, they sure did catch the light nicely. I spent a good hour just admiring it, turning it over in my hands, checking out the details. But then, of course, I went on a mission to see how well it stacked up against the real deal. I found a bunch of pictures and videos of the authentic 5271/12P-010 online. I mean, this Patek Philippe 5711/1A-010 costs a fortune. I compared every little detail – the markers, the hands, the placement of the subdials, everything.

It’s a decent replica. If you’re just looking for a flashy watch that looks like a Patek Philippe, this one will do the trick. But if you’re a serious watch collector, you’ll probably spot the flaws pretty quickly. It’s a fun piece to have, but don’t expect it to fool any experts. I continued to search, and I discovered that Patek Philippe’s special edition line-up for the Watch Art Grand Exhibition in Tokyo also has the flagship model. I’m going to keep an eye out for it. Overall, I am kind of happy with it, for now.
